Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Raso worked at some of the largest and most prestigious firms in New Jersey. Consequently, the firm’s clients receive large firm expertise, with the personal attention that only a small firm can offer.
Mr. Raso received a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in 1989; and a Juris Doctor from The Syracuse University College of Law in 1993.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Raso served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Donato, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, Passaic County, for the 1993-1994 term.
Mr. Raso’s experience in the field of property tax appeals has been recognized through his appointment to serve as the Commercial Tax Appeal Attorney for the Borough of Paramus, the number one retail zip code in the United States.
In the field of general litigation, Mr. Raso has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Only the top 5% of New Jersey lawyers are selected for this honor each year.
Mr. Raso currently serves as a Judge of the Palisades Interstate Park Court, an appointment he received from New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

Ms. Jordan brings over twenty years of experience to the firm, providing high quality representation in many diverse areas of practice, including civil litigation, family law, property tax appeals and real estate.
Her extensive resume includes work with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and extremely reputable New Jersey firms.
Ms. Jordan received a Bachelor of Science from Montclair State University in 1983; and a Juris Doctor from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1988, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Advocacy.
